From Tuesday 8 August 2023, reload services for the Australia Post Cash Passport™ Platinum Mastercard and Multi Currency Cash Passport cards will no longer be available in-store at Australia Post or online.
From Thursday 5 October 2023, these cards will be closed and can no longer be used.
Mastercard will contact cardholders in July to advise how they can access any remaining funds.
Please note, there is no change to the Australia Post Travel Platinum Mastercard and reload services for this card.
