The following offer (Offer) is currently available to Australia Post referred customers who acquire a Tyro EFTPOS solution on a simple pricing structure from Tyro Payments Limited (ABN 49 103 575 042) (Tyro): 

  • 1.4% (Tyro BYO and Tyro Go) or 1.6% (Mobile Countertop) (incl. GST) transaction fee (Fee) (as applicable to your offer and notified to you on application); and
  • $15,000 worth of fee-free transactions.

The Offer only applies once per new Tyro customer but does not apply to eCommerce transactions.  The Offer and included free terminal rental (if relevant) are subject to your reasonable use, and your use will be deemed unreasonable by Tyro in its absolute discretion if it is (a) contrary to the way that the Offer was intended to be used or (b) otherwise unacceptable. 

The Fee is subject to change in accordance with the Tyro Terms & Conditions. Additional fees and charges apply as set out in the Tyro Application Form and Terms & Conditions. The Offer does not apply to terminal paper rolls and terminal accessories (additional charges apply). The Fee excludes Diners Club card transactions and MOTO fees, which are charged in accordance with Tyro’s Application Form and Terms & Conditions. 

The Offer is not available in conjunction with Bendigo Bank powered by Tyro EFTPOS products. 

Tyro and Telstra reserve the right to withdraw or extend this Offer at any time, at their discretion. If the Offer is withdrawn, the Offer will be honoured in respect of all applications received by Australia Post customers before the Offer is withdrawn.

Tyro Go requires a Bluetooth-enabled mobile device or tablet, an app to be installed and mobile network coverage. Check Google Play & App Store for the latest OS compatibility requirements. Tyro BYO requires an iPhone XS or newer with iOS 16.4 or later installed, the Tyro BYO App to be installed, and mobile network coverage.
