Business mail redirection
If your business is relocating, our mail redirection service ensures your letters and parcels move with you. Depending on your business type, you can apply online or at a Post Office.
How it works
Business mail redirection forwards your business mail from your old location to your new premises.
Application processing takes 3-6 business days. We'll send you a confirmation email when you submit your application, and another once your service is approved. A tax invoice will also be sent to you. If your application isn't approved, we'll contact you with the next steps.
Apply online or at the Post Office with the required business documentation and proof of identity.
You'll need to upload a JPG image of your Certificate of Registration of a Company.
Learn how to convert your document to JPG (a Certificate of Registration of a Company is typically issued in PDF format).
If you're not the Director, Company Secretary or Executive Officer, you may also need a letter of authorisation, printed on your official company letterhead.
Ensure the names you list on the business mail redirection form match exactly with the names stated in your letter of authorisation, including the business and individual name variations. This letter must be printed on your official company letterhead.
You'll need to:
Apply at the Post Office with your completed application form, proof of identity and certified Annual General Meeting (AGM) minutes detailing the appointment of office holders.
If you operate a business in your own home or have a business partnership, apply at the Post Office with your completed form and proof of identity.
If you're a sole trader you must provide a Certificate of Registration of a Company - if you have one.
Apply at the Post Office with your completed application, proof of identity and a certified copy of the relevant authorisation signed by a duly authorised person.
If your organisation has a Certificate of Registration of a Company, you can apply online as a company.
Please ensure your application is:
