St Johns Care will purchase fresh produce for volunteers to distribute to the 60 – 100 community members who access their Emergency Relief Centre and attend monthly community lunches. Visitors are often experiencing severe isolation because of a lack of family and community support and these events can be their only source of human connection. 

Refurbish the Office, Kulture Break 
Kulture Break provides early intervention programs that enhance youth empowerment, belonging, inclusion, identity, confidence and self-expression. The group will refurbish their office space, enabling the creation of more positive and empowering spaces for use when serving their community. 

Christmas Visits with Gifts, Woden Valley RSL Sub-Branch 
Woden Valley RSL Sub-Branch will provide gifts to isolated community members through their Christmas Visits program. This program will provide important social contact and encourage isolated community members’ confidence to attend the organisation’s activities. 

Information Technology, Myhome in Canberra 
Myhome in Canberra will purchase a computer. This equipment will assist the organisation administratively to provide a safe, supportive and caring home for people who have enduring mental illnesses. 

Canberra Electric Bike Library, SEE Change 
SEE Change will create the Canberra Electric Bike Library. This initiative will help to reduce community members’ carbon footprints, save money and improve physical and mental health. 

Celebrating our Indigenous, Belconnen Netball Association 
Belconnen Netball Association will purchase bibs for the league’s Indigenous round. This project will celebrate Indigenous Australian cultures and create opportunities for learning, dialogue, and engagement. 

Kitchen Equipment Replacement, Community Café 
Community Café Incorporated will purchase new kitchen equipment for their weekly community dinners. New equipment will allow the café to continue to support people facing homelessness, family violence and those in temporary accommodation to eat a healthy meal and engage with community leaders and services. 

Mentor Program Networking Night: Connecting Community, City East Community College 
City East Community College will host a Mentor Program Networking Night and will hire a venue and contribute to catering for approximately 100 members of the Mentor Program. The event will bring the community together, including professionally-skilled migrants, refugees and asylum seekers, and create an opportunity for career mentoring and cross-cultural exchange. 

Website refresh - Refugee Camp in My Neighbourhood (RCIMN), Somali Welfare and Cultural Centre 
Somali Welfare and Cultural Centre will create a new secure, stable & user-friendly website. This project will make it easier for interested parties to learn about their interactive educational exhibition, simplify the booking process and improve the overall user experience. 

Safe Saddle, Safe Ride, Riding for the Disabled (NSW) Ryde Centre 
Riding for the Disabled (NSW) Ryde Centre will purchase saddles for their new horses. This initiative will give more riders the opportunity to join their safe, accessible volunteer-run community. 

Volunteer Training and Recognition, Community Northern Beaches 
Community Northern Beaches will provide cultural competency training for volunteers in their Multicultural Services program. The project will bring together volunteers at an event that recognises their hard work and dedication to the community. 

Naru Goori Groms Naidoc Week, Naru Indigenous Corporation 
Naru Indigenous Corporation raises awareness about mental health and wellbeing amongst First Nations Mob. The group will purchase catering and a videographer for their Naru Goori Groms Naidoc Week, a week of family fun learn to surf days with physical, cultural and spiritual components which will provide the opportunity for connection with each other, country and community. 

Cultural Screen-Printing Workshops, Happy Boxes Project 
Happy Boxes Project will run cultural screen-printing workshops for local Aboriginal women in the Toormina region. The workshops will engage participants by having gatherings and yarning sessions whilst creating their designs with the guidance of Local Aboriginal Elders. 

Baby Bottle Feeding Packs, Dandelion Support Network 
Dandelion Support Network will purchase and assemble 25 newborn baby bottle feeding packs for new mothers in need. The packs support new mothers who are unable to purchase essential nursing equipment themselves and therefore unable to leave hospital with their newborn. 

Enriching Community in Sutherland Shire, Street Library Australia 
Street Library Australia will activate street libraries in Sutherland Shire. This project will help to strengthen communities and influence literacy outcomes by making books available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

Yarn for St Johns Pins'n'Needles, St John's Pins'n'Needles 
St John's Pins'n'Needles will purchase yarn for their knitting group. The group come together to make items for the vulnerable in their community including those in palliative care, children, those at risk of homelessness, LGBTQI and Indigenous members. 

125th Philippines Independence, FILCOS North Shore 
FILCOS North Shore will host their 125th Philippines Independence celebration event. This event will bring Filipinos and the wider community together to embrace cultural diversity. 

Purchase of Supplies for Breakfast at Lawson Public School, Rotary Club Central Blue Mountains 
Rotary Club Central Blue Mountains will purchase supplies for breakfast at Lawson Public School. The project will ensure approximately 50 students who do not get breakfast at home are able to eat a nutritious meal each week. 

Food-Gardening Program for Disadvantaged Youth, Farm It Forward 
Farm It Forward will create a food-gardening program for disadvantaged youth. The program will provide young people with positive and practical solutions to address environmental problems through hands-on farming/food gardening activities and experiences. 

2023 Fingerling Release and Habitat Renewal, Twin Rivers Fishing Club 
Twin Rivers Fishing Club will renew their local waterways through native tree-planting and fish releases. This renewal project will provide the community with an opportunity to strengthen the natural landscape in a collaborative setting. 

Christmas Gifts 2023, Doin It For Rural Aussie Kids 
Doin It For Rural Aussie Kids will tour isolated rural and remote schools, providing Santa Sack gifts and support students to build relationships, promote self-belief and resilience, maintain good mental health and overcome barriers. 

Indigenous Suicide Prevention Program, Talk2mebro 
Talk2mebro will run an Indigenous Suicide Prevention Program. These sessions will provide critical mental health information and equip participants with the skills to connect with and provide support to community members who may be struggling. 

Enz Meet Cafe, Corrimal Uniting Church 
Corrimal Uniting Church will purchase kitchen supplies for their Enz Meet Cafe. This purchase helps with the preparation of weekly meals for those experiencing social isolation and loneliness in the community. The meals act as a conduit to creating a space for meeting and opportunity for connection. 

Techno Catch Up, Boorowa Show Society 
Boorowa Show Society will purchase technology to help receive eftpos payments at their Agricultural show. Technological updates will maximise efficiency and help with community engagement. 

Community Kayaking, The Sargood Foundation 
The Sargood Foundation will purchase adaptive kayaking equipment for use by people living with spinal cord injury. Participants can join in a fun day out on the water, with opportunities for conversation, social interaction and building feelings of inclusion and empowerment. Adaptive kayaking experiences can build greater confidence and a feeling of self-worth can transfer into other parts of life. 

Back Protection Vests, Coonabarabran Pony Club 
Coonabarabran Pony Club is volunteer group that encourages riders and non riders of all ages and abilities to learn horsemanship, riding, and instructing skills in a safe and inclusive environment. The club will purchase back protection vests which can be loaned to riders, allowing those who would not otherwise be able to participate to access riding activities such as jumping and cross country. 

Costumes, Connections and Collaboration, Filipino Australian Community of Albury Wodonga 
Filipino Australian Community of Albury Wodonga will purchase sewing machines and supplies for their Costumes, Connections and Collaboration program. This regular program will reduce the isolation of vulnerable and CALD members of the community who can build up a network of support while developing skills that increase their capacity. 

Meeting Refreshments, Dharug & Lower Hawkesbury Historical Society 
Dharug & Lower Hawkesbury Historical Society will provide catered guest speaker events for their local community. The events encourage people to connect with each other while learning about current issues and events in the surrounding localities. 

Equipment for Oceania Cup, Alstonville & District Football Club 
Alstonville & District Football Club will purchase equipment for the Oceania Cup, an event that attracts teams from the local area as well as interstate. The equipment will increase female access to football in a safe and encouraging environment. 

Netball Your Preferred Sport, Ballina Netball Association 
Ballina Netball Association will purchase promotional banners and catering to encourage members of the community to join them at a come and try day. This initiative will attract new players to its sporting community where they can connect with teammates in a positive and welcoming environment. 

Life Saving Rescue Tubes, Red Head Villages 
Red Head Villages will purchase and install life-saving rescue tubes at unpatrolled beaches. The project will benefit the community by reducing drowning and near-drowning incidents in the area, which sees a large influx of tourists during holidays and weekends. 

Upgrade Gym Equipment, Wauchope-Bonny Hills Surf Life Saving Club 
Wauchope-Bonny Hills Surf Life Saving Club will purchase new gym equipment for their club. The equipment will deliver important social benefits within the community, by encouraging and supporting participation in physical activity and volunteerism. 

Training for Coaches and volunteers, Coffs Harbour and Districts Riding for the Disabled 
Coffs Harbour and Districts Riding for the Disabled will provide training for coaches and volunteers. This initiative will increase the number of both riding participants and volunteers, providing opportunities for collaborative horse-riding fun. 

St. Jimmy's Neurodivergent Children's Safe Hub, St. Jimmy's Kitchen 
St. Jimmy's Kitchen will purchase supplies and educational materials for their Neurodivergent Children's Safe Hub. This project engages local primary schools, educators and volunteers to facilitate a safe place for an after school gathering for children with special needs, enabling connection and peer support. 

Young Girls- Outside Area, South Broken Hill Football Club 
South Broken Hill Football Club will purchase outdoor furniture for an outside area of the club where their junior girls can socialise and bond as a team within the club setting. 

Stroud Street Garden and Picnic Area, Lions Club of Bulahdelah 
Lions Club of Bulahdelah will develop a herb garden outside the local bakery to create a place where both local community members and visitors can have a chat while picking herbs, grab a quick bite to eat in the shade or settle in for a picnic. 

Milton Follies Turns 21 Workshop, Milton Follies 
Milton Follies will stage a community vocal workshop to enable performers to experience singing with live musicians on a stage. The project will benefit singers and young musicians who would like to pursue a career in performance and help with self esteem and confidence. 

Supporting Mental Health and Wellbeing for Rural Families, Rural Care Link 
Rural Care Link will run a wellbeing event for outlying farming families in the region. The workshop will teach participants strategies to better understand stress and how to connect with others in their communities. 

Increase our Reach - Media, Soupzon Through Grace 
Soupzon Through Grace will establish an emergency goods delivery service for vulnerable people in the Cessnock region. The project involves branding a trailer to improve visibility and encourage more clients to use the service. 

Technology to Support Families with Children on the Autism Spectrum, Strive For Autism 
Strive for Autism will improve its website. This project will allow families with children on the autism spectrum to more easily connect with each other and provide support. 

New Training Equipment, Renegades Rugby 
Renegades Rugby will purchase new training equipment and donate older kits to charity. The new equipment will allow the club to continue to grow, support and engage more players in the community. 

Bird Enrichment, Zambi Wildlife Foundation 
Zambi Wildlife Foundation will provide enrichment toys for parrots who have been rehomed. This purchase will help community volunteers provide stimulation and improve the mental wellbeing of birds in their care. 

DSLR Camera for Documenting Community Events and Projects, Cudal Central 
The Cudal Connection local newspaper will purchase a DSLR camera to document community events and projects. The camera will help local people document their stories through high-quality images. 

Education Podcast, Wombat Protection Society of Australia 
Wombat Protection Society of Australia will bring together information collected by volunteers and carers over many years of work to create an educational podcast. The podcast will support volunteers in their ongoing work as they work together to rescue and care for injured wombats. 

Backup Power for Communications Equipment, Exeter Volunteer Rural Fire Brigade 
Exeter Volunteer Rural Fire Brigade will purchase a battery power supply unit for their communications equipment, providing a more dependable communications setup at the fire station. This will provide a local emergency capability that volunteers and residents can have greater confidence in, and is particularly important in rapidly changing situations where the fire station becomes an impromptu emergency hub for the local community. 

Defibrillator for the Gymnasium, Northern Beaches Secondary College Manly Campus Parents & Citizens Association 
Northern Beaches Secondary College (Manly Campus) Parents & Citizens Association will purchase a defibrillator. This purchase will enhance the safety of all gym users, staff and visitors, making it more inclusive and allowing for safe use of this space by a broader section of the community for a range of well-being activities. 

Animal Nursery Upgrades, Rural Youth Organisation Of New South Wales 
Rural Youth Organisation of New South Wales will upgrade its Animal Nursery. This project will make the space more family-friendly and allow members and non-members to come together in the Animal Nursery. 

Khmer Women's Support Group, Bonnie Support Services 
Bonnie Support Services will organise activities such as yoga and relaxation classes for their Khmer Women's Support Group. The project will reduce isolation and increase connection among women experiencing intergenerational trauma. 

Skills Track and Participation Events, Wollondilly Macarthur Mountain Bike Club 
Wollondilly Macarthur Mountain Bike Club will set up a small skills track with beginner features, enabling new riders to practice and build their confidence. The club will promote the new skills track via come-and-try days, a setting in which riders from across the community can connect and build social networks. 

Equipment and Basketballs, Khancoban United Volunteers Association 
Khancoban United Volunteers Association will purchase basketballs and training aids for use by local children at the recently built community half basketball court. This purchase will encourage local skill development and encourage representation of the town in sport. 

Intensive Thai Classical Music and Thai Traditional Dance, Buddharangsee Thai Community Language School 
Buddharangsee Thai Community Language School will purchase costumes for their Thai Classical Music and Thai Traditional Dance workshops. This purchase will spark cultural pride, unity, and encourage further group activities within Sydney’s Thai community. 

St George Academy, St George Australian Football Club 
St George Australian Football Club will develop the St George Women’s Academy. This project will provide a positive environment where girls from the district’s junior clubs can develop their football and community leadership skills. 

Protection of Young Saplings from Deer, Lake Cathie Landcare 
Lake Cathie Landcare will purchase equipment to protect young saplings from deer. This project will allow volunteers to continue to revitalise the local koala habitat through tree planting. 

The Simple Gift of A Bag Volunteers Sewing And Cutting Day., The Simple Gift of a Bag 
The Simple Gift of a Bag will host a Sewing and Cutting Day. This event will bring residents and volunteers together as they sew and cut breast cancer surgery drainage bags. 

Reaching Youth - one BBQ at a time, Nambucca Valley Youth Services Centre 
Nambucca Valley Youth Services Centre will purchase a barbecue. This purchase will allow the organisation to hold sausage sizzles to unite their community, build relationships with local youth and inform them of the safe space they can go to for support. 

Derby Community Open Day, Western Sydney Rollers 
Western Sydney Rollers will hold a Community Open Day. This event will both showcase the sport and the sense of community in Western Sydney's local roller derby team, and encourage further participation. 

Traverse Mule, Narooma Rescue Squad - VRA Rescue NSW 
Narooma Rescue Squad will purchase a "mule" (single-wheeled trolley) to assist rescuers to transport patients across rough terrain and sand beaches. The "mule" will allow emergency services agenices to work together and improve safety for locals and tourists. 

Production and Publication of Prostate Cancer Awareness & Information Materials, Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia 
Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia will produce and publish life-saving prostate cancer awareness materials for men and families impacted. The project will improve prostate cancer survival outcomes for Australian men by promoting early testing for the disease and making men more aware of the support available to them through PCFA and in their community. 

Hills Bulls All Ability Rugby League Program, Hills District JRLFC & TA 
Hills District JRLFC & TA will introduce their first ever All Ability Rugby League Program. The initiative will provide a safe (non-contact), enjoyable and inclusive team environment for people with Intellectual Disabilities. 

Community Christmas, Cobargo Community Association 
Cobargo Community Association will host a Christmas luncheon for members of the community who might otherwise be spending Christmas Day alone. The lunch provides an opportunity for community connections where some people volunteer, donate gifts, or are the recipients of a wonderful meal that they share with others - an opportunity for many to be part of something special on Christmas Day. 

Kangaroo Enclosure Regeneration, Wildlife Rescue South Coast 
Wildlife Rescue South Coast will purchase materials to help regenerate the land on which their kangaroos live for rehabilitation purposes. This project will provide greater assistance for these animals and create stronger volunteer connections through the creation process. 

Communities for Children - STAGE Program for Girls, Women's Activities and Self Help House (WASH House) 
Women's Activities and Self Help House (WASH House) will present the Strategies Towards Girls Empowerment (STAGE) program in high schools in New South Wales. The program will facilitate meaningful participation and positive outcomes relating to self-empowerment. 

Grocery Hampers for the Needy, Care One Care All Group 
Care One Care All Group will provide grocery hampers for vulnerable community members. This initiative will allow relief for community members in immediate need. 

Digitise Sheet Music Libray, Manning Valley Concert Band 
Manning Valley Concert Band will purchase a laptop computer and portable hard drive to digitise their sheet music collection. The project will protect the band's 50,000 music sheets from fire and flood so they can continue to bring the community together through music. 

Beechwood Community Christmas Event, Beechwood Public School Parents and Citizens Association 
Beechwood Public School Parents and Citizens Association will hold their Beechwood Community Christmas Event. The event will cement a sense of community by connecting community groups, local sporting clubs, small businesses, church groups, recovery agencies, and more. 

Multicultural Radio Project, Turbans 4 Australia 
Turbans 4 Australia will purchase equipment to set up a digital multicultural broadcast facility in North-East Melbourne and Western Sydney. The project will provide a valuable source of community information for cultural cohorts who may not otherwise have ready access to mainstream media content. 

Better Project Outcomes, Kurnell Men's Shed 
Kurnelly Men's Shed will purchase a vertical oscillating bench bobbin sander to add to their existing sanding devices. The project will enable members to produce a more professional product for their customers, which will encourage other men from within the community to join the Men's Shed. 

Barefoot Bowls for our Local Community, North Epping Bowling and Community Club 
North Epping Bowling and Community Club is an active social hub in their culturally-diverse local community, providing sporting and recreational activities for residents of all ages. The Club will purchase new lawn bowls for use at relaxed barefoot bowls events to encourage greater participation from new residents in the area. 

Storage Shelving, In Your Own Backyard 
In Your Own Backyard will purchase storage shelving. This purchase will assist with the storage of emergency donations for survivors of domestic violence. 

Browns Creek Restoration, Friends of Browns Creek 
Friends of Browns Creek will purchase a brush cutter for use by community volunteers. This equipment will assist volunteers as they remove rubbish and restore local waterways to help support a viable fish-breeding habitat. 

Trials and Equipment, Maitland Dog Obedience Club 
Maitland Dog Obedience Club will purchase new equipment for members to help facilitate community events such as dog trials and displays. These events encourage community members to work with their dogs safely, enabling people to connect and socialise with each other and their canine companions. 

Community Garden Project, CWA of NSW White Cliffs Branch 
CWA of NSW White Cliffs branch will plant a community garden following periods of severe drought in the region. The project will bring the local and surrounding station owners together to create a healthy and happy environment for people to share their stories and experiences, and promote a sense of wellbeing. 

Craft Group, Hannah’s Bridge Wiradjuri Family Indigenous Corporation 
Hannah's Bridge Wiradjuri Family Indigenous Corporation will establish a craft group that gathers regularly to conduct craft lessons, have a meal together, share knowledge and stories about their Indigenous heritage. The project will bring together like-minded people who face the same prejudice and struggles, to strengthen community wellbeing. 

Purchase of Multi Function Print Centre for our Clubhouse, Harden Pony Club 
Harden Pony Club will purchase a multi-function printer for their clubhouse. A new printer will negate the need for volunteers to bring their personal printers when preparing for events and allow volunteers to focus on spending more time helping children and community members. 

Extension and Revamping of Kids Garden Area, Port Macquarie Community Gardens 
Port Macquarie Community Gardens will extend and revamp the children’s garden area. This project will provide education to children regarding sustainable food growth and consumption, and will connect like-minded parents. 

Thai Language Lessons and Activities on Bicycle Safety, Illawarra Thai School 
Illawarra Thai School will run Thai language and bicycle safety lessons. This project will provide greater Thai language and road safety literacy for an intergenerational audience and enable interaction with fellow Illawarra residents. 

Keeping Our Community Safe, Medius Dei Limited 
Medius Dei Limited will upgrade its First Aid equipment and training to ensure the safety of volunteers and visitors in outreach centres and on the road. The project will increase community safety as volunteers will be able to respond in an emergency. 

WKC Community Collective Store, Women Kind Collective 
Women Kind Collective (The Women's Shed - Manning Valley Neighbourhood Services) will purchase display shelving for their small shopfront where local women can sell their wares without overhead costs. This purchase will improve the space for women to build their confidence in their small and hobby businesses and come together to celebrate their skills. 

Dig Deep for Diversity, Lower Clarence Community Radio 
Lower Clarence Community Radio will complete research with diverse community groups in their semi-rural locality to support the development of culturally appropriate and relevant content for their audience. The project will enable the local radio station to share information, news and music to help build engagement and connection within the community. 

Melaleuca Cricket Collective, Melaleuca Refugee Centre Torture & Trauma Survivors Service of the Northern Territory 
Melaleuca Refugee Centre Torture & Trauma Survivors Service of the Northern Territory will use funds to hire indoor and outdoor cricket venues and needed equipment for their Melaleuca Cricket Collective. This project will support the belonging and health and wellbeing of individuals within the Humanitarian Settlement Program. 

Personal Safety Alarms for The Aged, Council on the Ageing (NT) 
The Council on the Ageing (NT) will purchase personal safety alarms for elderly members of the community.  The equipment will provide these citizens with the safety and confidence to continue participating in activities in the community. 

Uniforms and New Equipment for Miniroos, Garuda FC 
Garuda FC will purchase uniforms and new equipment for their Miniroos. These purchases will assist the club to welcome players to their multicultural Darwin community. 

CNC Laser cutter, Men's Shed Alice Springs 
Men's Shed Alice Springs will purchase a laser cutter. This purchase will increase engagement levels with the Shed to allow more individuals to benefit from the fulfilling environment. 

Homeless Mums and Bubs and Their Mob, Alice Springs Youth Accommodation and Support Services 
Alice Springs Youth Accommodation and Support Services will create a group for mothers experiencing homelessness, their babies and extended mob to come together for art, craft and yarns. This project will improve the quality of maternal and child healthcare and outcomes. 

Food and Litter for Shelter Animals at PAWS Darwin, PAWS Darwin 
PAWS Darwin will purchase quality food and kitty litter for animals in care. The project will ensure foster carers have supplies to take home with animals in care as well as help dedicated volunteers continue their work feeding animals in the shelter. 

New Tools, Forest Lake Men's Shed 
Forest Lake Men's Shed will purchase new tools. This purchase will allow members to both give back to the community through toy- and game-making and socialise in an established setting. 

Revitalising Arana United's Social Competitions, Arana United Futsal Club 
Arana United Futsal Club will purchase football equipment for their social competitions. Higher quality equipment will both enable matches to be more enjoyable for players and spectators alike whilst providing opportunity for social bonding. 

Super Stars Football Uniforms, Kenmore District Junior Australian Football Club 
Kenmore District Junior Australian Football Club will provide its 5- and 6-year-old players in the Super Stars Football program with new uniforms. These uniforms will inspire a sense of club belonging, and attract new players to the club. 

Cricket Coaching Courses, Central Districts Cricket Club of Ipswich 
Central Districts Cricket Club of Ipswich will run cricket coaching courses for their volunteer club coaches, assisting them to develop skills that will enhance their enjoyment of the activity. These skills will flow on to support the young players' experience, leading to increased participation and interaction between families across the cricketing community.

Pine Rivers Athletic Football Club will purchase new equipment to be used by members and coaching staff. By providing high-quality equipment and facilities, the club provides a vehicle for social interaction and inclusion, drawing people together from different backgrounds and experiences. 

Community Connections Project, Balmoral Little Athletics Centre 
Balmoral Little Athletics Centre will launch its Community Connections project, an initiative that seeks to bring together participants, their families/carers, and the wider local community in a fun and engaging environment supporting new social connections and encouraging a sense of inclusion through a weekly BBQ program. 

Commemorative Services, Woodgate Beach RSL Sub Branch 
Woodgate Beach RSL Sub-Branch will host commemorative services for veterans and their families. This initiative will provide an opportunity for the community to remember and learn about local military involvement historically. 

Sporting Equipment, Pine Rivers Swans AFC 
Pine Rivers Swans AFC will purchase sporting equipment. This equipment will enable all socio-economic members of the community to access AFL. 

Walk For Daniel Shade, Daniel Morcombe Foundation 
Daniel Morcombe Foundation will purchase marquee shade structures for their annual 'Walk for Daniel', a community walking event that raises awareness of child safety. The marquees will provide shade for volunteers and participants, and allow provision of first aid, refreshments and safety information for participants and community members. 

Connections with Cuppas, 4 Voices Global 
4 Voices Global will run Connections with Cuppas sessions. This initiative will allow community members from different backgrounds to connect in a communal setting and receive peer and professional support.
